PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Minutes of meeting prescribed by statute held on January 3rd, <br />1962 et Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. Blanchard <br />Donald Hodges <br />Perry Malvin <br />John Sullivan <br />0300 1 <br />Motion by Malvin to accept minutes of December 26th, 1961 <br />as presented. Seconded by Hodges. Sullivan abstained. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to make the following appointments for 1962: <br />Newspaper New Brighton Bulletin <br />Bank 1st State Bank of New Brighton <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Health Officer Dr. Houle <br />Chief of Police Ernest Grabowski <br />Plumbing Heating Insp. Walter Skiba <br />Building Inspector Piehowski <br />Electrical Inspector Edmond <br />Acting Mayor Donald Hodges <br />Dog Catcher B&E Patrol <br />Deputy Clerk Paul Boog <br />Public Works Supt. Skiba <br />Delegate to RCLMO Donald Hodges <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Crane to appoint Comstock Davis as Village <br />Engineer for 1962. Seconded by Malvin. <br />Mr. Sullivan requested that the minutes show that he had at <br />an informal meeting December 30th, 1961, he proposed Mr. Otto Bonestroo <br />as Village Engineer. Upon call of the roll there were'4 ayes. Sullivan <br />nays. Motioh carried. <br />Motion by Crane to appoint the firm of EhLers -Mann as Fiscal <br />t for 1962. Motion died for lack of a second. <br />Motion by Malvin to appoint Dick Meyers, Village Attorney as <br />Fiscal Agent for 1962. Seconded by Sullivan. <br />After some discussion regarding service and rates by Mr. <br />Ehlers and Mr. Meyers roll was called. 4 ayes. Crane naye.. Motion <br />carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to abtain copies of the contracts <br />from the Engineer, Attorney, Fiscal Agent, and Dog Catcher. and to <br />furnish each Councilman with a copy of same. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #93 entitled "A <br />RESOLUTION DESIGNATION AND APPOINTINC.A REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE BOARD OF <br />TRUSTEES OF THE NORTH SUBURBAN SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT FrR THE YEAR 1962," <br />Who ehaill Allan B.•Crane. Seconded.by Malvin. 5 ayes. <br />
