-4- <br />After studying the Ordinance the attorney reported that <br />it would be legal for the Civil Defense Department to hold <br />bingo games to raise funds for the rescue truck, but they <br />must give 30 days notice to the Village prior to the date <br />they wish to hold said bingo games. The Clerk was <br />instructed to so inform Mr. Ballenger. <br />Motion by Malvin to pay bills presented. Seconded <br />by Crane. (list attached) 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve lisences presented. <br />Seconded by Crane. (list attached) 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Crane to request the Board of Commissioners <br />to improve and complete County Road I from Highway 10 <br />to Groveland Road and to construct a road on the west <br />County Line from Highway 10 to the North County Line Road. <br />Seconded by Sullivan 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
