Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustees: <br />Also Present were: <br />Deputy Clerk: <br />Insurance Agents: <br />PROCEEDING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special <br />Meeting of the Village Council was called to order at .0 :40 A.M., <br />Saturday, March 31, 1962 at the Village Office, 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present were: <br />Allan B. Crane <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Donald Hodges <br />Perry Malvin <br />John Sullivan <br />Paul Boog <br />Paul Bengston <br />James Mahoney <br />Ressee u Submitte <br />Lloyd J. 'Blanchard <br />Village Clerk <br />0J0047 <br />An insurance proposal for the Village was submitted by <br />J. Mahoney as follows: Liability same as last year, workmens <br />compensation, Burglary, Bonds, Fire Insurance, same; no changes <br />on Water Tank and Tower, Building and contents <br />Motion by Malvin to purchase Comp. General Liability from <br />Mr. Paul Bengston; the workmens comp, burglary, bonds, and fire <br />insurance from Mr. James Mahoney. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to request a report <br />from the Village Engineer on dates the Village should obtain <br />insurance coverage on the Utility Building Water Tank and Tower. <br />Motion by Crane to authorize the Engineer and Attorney <br />to acquire the right of way for the storm sewer easement along the <br />line of the existing storm sewer between Pinewood and Terrage Drive. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to request an opinion from <br />Attorney Mr. Meyers on advisability of purchasing product liability <br />for the Water Depaatment.(approximately $45.00 annual premium.) <br />Motion by Crane to order two sets of Section Maps from the <br />Ramsey County Assessor's Office. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />The Clerk's Office was instructed to investigate the <br />price of steel cabinets large enough to be used for storage for the <br />use of the Recreation Department. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Meeting adjourned at 10:05 A.M. <br />
