PROCEEDINGS OF TOE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Crane at 0 8 :00 P.M., April 9, 1962 <br />at 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: Allan B. Crane <br />Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustees: Donald Hodges <br />John L. Sullivan <br />Engineer: Les Knutson <br />Attorney: Richard Meyers <br />Treasurer: Irene Edberg <br />Public Works: Walter Skiba <br />Adm: Deputy Clerk: Paul Boog <br />Absent: <br />Trustee: Perry Malvin <br />Mayor Crane called for further bids on the acoustical <br />ceiling times. There being no further bids he declared <br />the bids closed. <br />Mayor Crane called for further bids on the Police Car <br />three times.
