-4 The Developers of a large tract of land in the Village 0J01.62 requested the Council to allow the Village Engineers to do some work for them. Because of 'a possibility of some comflict or interest, the Council advised the developers that they could notallow the Engineer to do this work. The Mayor reported that the assessed valuation for the Village had been raised from $1,855,163.00 to $1,891,485.00 an increase of #36,322.00. A report from the Highway Department on the development of the Freeway #35W through 1965 was received and filed. The matter of an water extension on Groveland Road was referred to the Engineer for personal contact with the party involved. Motion by Sullivan to grant extension for the special permit to park a House Trailer at 8375 Groveland Road until February 26,63. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. The Clerk was instructed to price voting machines and report to the Council. Motion by Blanchard to pay bills presented except G•1329 to Mr. Charles Jackson,(list attached) Seconded by Crane 5 Ayes, Motion by Blanchard to approve licenses submitted subject to approval by Inspectors. Seconded by Crane, 5 Ayes. The Clerk informed the Council that the Boy Scouts will hold another work party on the park North of the Village Hall on December 8, 1962. Motion by Malvin to pay expenses incurred by Boy Scouts on December 8, 1962. Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. Motion by Sullivan to adjourn. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. Meeting adjourned at 11:25 P.M.
