010019 <br />The Attorney was directed to prepare a deed conveying <br />all Mounds View Tcwnship property to the Village. <br />The Attorney informed the Council that he was also trying <br />to get a copy of the Lakeside Park deed for Village recrods. <br />A memo from the Attorney regarding the duties of the <br />Village Fire Marshall was read and discussed. The Attorney was <br />directed to prepare an Ordinance covering these duties. <br />The Attorney was instructed to prepare a rider to the <br />N.S.P. Street Lighting Contract covering all additional lights. <br />After some discussion regarding the Monn Distributing <br />Company on County Road I and Adams the following action was taken: <br />Motion by Crane that the Building Inspector inform Monn <br />Distributing Company that the suggested machinery conforms with the <br />zoning ordinance and building code and to point out section 6.3 -1 2 <br />and 661 6 A &B of the zoning ordinance. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />The Attorney presented a contract for a Planner and the <br />following action was taken: <br />Motion by Crane to approve the contract and forward it to <br />the Midwest Planners for their signature. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />The Attorney informed the Council that the Knoll -Lois Drive <br />walk -thru had never been conveyed to the Vi114ge by deed. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay Mr. Skibas dues to American <br />Water Works Association for 1963. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve license application of <br />Stuart Construction Company for general contracting. Seconded <br />by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to raise pay of Deputy Clerk Boog <br />from $500.00 to $550.00 per month. and Clerk- typist La Casse from <br />$1.50 to $1.75 per hour effective February 11, 1963. <br />Seconded by Crane. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to raise pay of Walter Johnson from <br />$30.00 to $85.00 per week and Walter Skiba from $5,500 to $5,700 <br />per year effective February 11, 1963. Seconded by Blanchard. 5 Ayes <br />The matter of the two buildings being a hazard in Mounds <br />View because of their being partially moved was disucssed and the <br />Police Department was instructed to issue tickets immediate) <br />under the public nuisance ordinance.
