PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUiNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting of the <br />Village Council was .called to order at 7 :15 P.M., Monday July 15, 1963 <br />at the Village Office 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustees: <br />Absent: <br />Trustees <br />Allan B. Crane <br />Lloyd JA Blanchard <br />Perry Malvin <br />John L, Sullivan <br />Donald C. Hodges <br />Also Present: <br />Deputy Clerk: Paul E. Boog <br />Attorney: Richard Meyers <br />Engineer: Les Knutson <br />Mayor Crane reopened the Mueller Addition 1963 -1 hearing <br />,.ow bid was 29,845.00 <br />Motion by Crane to accept the recommendation of the Engineer to <br />award the contract to H. Montgomery, the low bidder and order the <br />1963.1 improvement and to include the Groveland Water extension in <br />this project. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion carried. <br />Motion by Sullivan that a public improvement hearing be set <br />for August 12, 1963 at 8:00 P.M. for the Knollwood Starts Sewer Project <br />from County Road H -2 to approximately 400 feet South of Woodale Drive. <br />Notice to be published and mailed to benefited property owners. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />The Clerk's Office is to send a certified letter to a resident <br />who apparently has removed a water meter and is using unmetered water. <br />Give this resident a choice to either replace the meter, get a new <br />meter or have the water shut off. <br />Motion by Crane to receive and adopt the sketch by the Engineer <br />of the proposed County Road H from Irondale to Highway 10 and to <br />recommend it to the Ramsey County Engineer for his consideration. <br />Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve the varience for R. Eigenheer <br />to build a house with only tight feet side yard set back on each side. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes.
