The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Donald Hodges at 8 :00 P.M., August 26, <br />1963 at 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustees: <br />Absent: <br />Mayor: <br />Also Present: <br />Adm. Boog <br />Richard Meyers <br />Gary Erickson <br />Walter Skiba <br />I wish to thank all those I have had the pleasure of <br />working with and hope that all actions have been to the <br />benefit of the Village. <br />1 have some Village papers and equipment in my <br />possessim at the present time which I shall return to the <br />Clerk's Office within the next few wee'-s. <br />Sincerely, <br />Allan B. Crane, <br />0JOG95 <br />Motion by Malvin to accept minutes of August 12, 1963 as <br />presented. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Malvin reported that the NSSSD sewer contract with <br />Minneapolis had been signed and e copy was given to the Village Attorney <br />for study. The Attorney advised the Council to re -set the dates for <br />public hearings regarding sanitary sewer in the village. <br />Motion by Hodges that the Knollwood Storm sewer project be <br />tabled until Sanitary sewer and road improvements were initiated for <br />that area. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />Hodges reported that the warming houses have been repainted <br />and the parks are preparing for winter activities. <br />The following letter was opened and read by acting Mayor <br />Donald Hodges: <br />To the Mounds View Village Council: <br />Due to personal reasons I hereby regretfully request <br />the Council to accept my resignation as Mayor of the Village <br />of Mounds View. <br />
