-3- 0J0697 <br />Mr. Meyers reported that from all he could discover the <br />Village Council of Spring Lake Park felt that the money they received <br />from Anoka County Board of Commissioners for having a lakeside park <br />in their Village could and should be used to cover their half of the <br />cost of maintaining said park and not as additional income to the Park, <br />as the Mounds View Village Council feels would be fairer. Further <br />action will be taken by the Council at the next regular meeting. <br />A copy of the rough draft for a joint Municipal Court agree- <br />ment between Mounds View and New Brighton was presented :y the <br />Attorney and discussed. <br />The Council indicated without binding vote that they approved <br />of the rough draft of this agreement. <br />Mo +ion by Blanchard to approve Ges Heating License renewal <br />for Ray N. Welter. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept final estimate for Well 2 <br />work done by Layne- Minnesota in the Amount of $3,934.00 and enter into <br />the one year warranty agreement with them. Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills submitted including the above <br />mentioned for Layne-Minnesota totaling $6,978.49. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to pay expenses incurred by Boy Scout <br />Troop 167 for work on Village Hall Park September 7, 1963. <br />Seconded by Hodges, 4 Ayes <br />Mr. Boog announced that a citizens group has planned a farew!ll <br />party for the Cranesat the Pinewood Club on September 7, 1963. <br />Motion by Malvin to adjourn.
