NOTICE OP HEARING ON PROPOSED SANITARY SEWER AND STREET RESURFACING IMPROVEMENT VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW. RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOTICE :28 HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, will meet at Village f lllounda on December '983, at 8:00 o'clock P.M., for the of holding a public hearing on voce! construction of a sanitary ip:o .^mert. consisting of sanitary aerate and service connections to sewer service to the properties abed below as the properties pro- posed to be assessed. The Improvement also includes a general street resurfac- ing program. The estimated coat of the above im- provement is ;1,287,680. The area proposed to be assessed for said improvement will include all nron- erties lying within an area bounded by e lino running as follows: Beginning at the intersection of County Road H extended and Jack- son Street extended and proceeding on County Road H and County Road H extended to Fairchild Ave- nue; on Fairchild Avenue from County Road H to County Road H- 2; on County Road II -2 from Fair- child Avenue to Long Lake Road Road on Long Lake Road from County Road 11.2 to Arden Avenue; on Arden Avenue and Arden Ave- nue extended from Long Lake (toad to Trunk Highway No. B (east cor- porate limits); on Trunk Highway 8 from Arden Avenue extended to Highland Avenue; on Highland Ave- nue from Trunk Highway B to Jack- son Street; and on Jackson Street from Highland Avenue to County Road H extended. All persons who wish to do so may file their written views or objections and also may appear and be heard at the above time and place. Dated November 1901.
