NOTICE OF HEARING <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Notice is hereby given that the Mounds View Village Council will <br />meet on December 23, 1963 at 9:30 o'clock p.m. at the Mounds View Village Hall, <br />2401 Highway 10, New Brighton 12, Minnesota to consider amending the official <br />zoning map pursuant to section 11.1 of Ordinance Nu. 67 to rezone the following <br />described property from R -1B to R -3, <br />Lot 4, Block 1. Mueller's Addition according to the recorded <br />plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the <br />Register of Titles within and for Ramsey County and Lot E, <br />Lot F and Lot G as in Registered Land Survey 153 Ramsey <br />County Minnesota, generally located South of County Road H2 <br />and East of Knollwood Motors Co. <br />Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to this matter <br />will `e heard at this meeting. <br />L.
