PROCEEDINGS OF THE V.;:LLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order at 6:45 P.M., Dec- <br />ember 30, 1963 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayors Donald Hodges <br />Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Village Clerk <br />0J014.1 <br />Also Present: <br />Trustee Elect: Ingram Rustad <br />Administrative Clerk: Paul Boog <br />Engineer: Les Knutson <br />Mayor Hodges explained that the meeting was called to set <br />another hearing date on the proposed sanitary sewer and street <br />resurfacing improvement in view of the fact that there may <br />have been an error in the mailed notices for the Public Hear- <br />ing that was held December 19, 1963. <br />Motion by Sullivan to set January 14, 1964 at 8 :00 o'clock <br />P.M. at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10, for the purpose of <br />holding a public hearing on the proposed construction of <br />sanitary. •sewer laterals and service connections. The improvement <br />also includes a general street resurfacing program. The area <br />proposed are those plots West of Long Lake Road. Motion <br />seconded by Blanchard. 3 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adjourn. Seconded by Sullivan. <br />3 Ayes. <br />
