PROCEEDINGS OP THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8 :00 P.M., January 13, 1964 at 2401 High- way #10. The Mayor reported that the final public hearing for sewer would be held at the Mounds View Village Hall on Tues., Jan.13 at 8:00 P.M. The Clerk reported that ground breaking ceremonies would be held at noon the same day for the first N.S.S.S.D. contract in N.E. Minneapolis. Mr. Everett Boerhave, 5536 Welcome Ave. N., MPLS. 29, requested a permit to move a home into the village. Motion by Rustad to set public hearing on this subject at 9:00 P.M. on Jan.27, 1964. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. as acting Mayor.
