due to a change in the plan of the super highway <br />Answer: A definite establishment of highway right -of- <br />way has to be determined first. As soon as <br />highway ;plans are made, revisions can be made. <br />Mr. Jackson: "Re interceptor, how come it has to be <br />such a large size pipe <br />Answer: Minnesota Health Department dictates diameter <br />of pipe.
