-2- 0J0045 <br />The Clerk's office was instructed to notify the owner of a home at <br />Greenfield and Hillview to clean up the burned -out home within 30 days. <br />The Clerk's office was instructed to write 'a letter to Mr. Gene Caetl <br />2090 Hillview Road, informing him that the Village Council has received <br />complaints regarding his operation of a welding shop in a residential <br />area. He is requested to appear at the next Council meeting about this <br />non conforming use. <br />The Engineer reported on the following itaea: <br />1. Surface water drainage in connection with Sanitary Sewer. <br />2. Construction of County Road H to be in 1965 at the earliest <br />according to a meeting with the County Engineer. <br />3. Sewer ordinance being prepared with the Attorney. <br />Motion by Blanchard to have Ramsey County do the Gloria Circle <br />drainage project as soon as possible. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer was directed to notify the County of the above action. <br />The Attorney recommended codification of Village ordinances in the <br />near future. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution #157, authorizing the Village <br />attorney to proceed with condemnation proceedings on the following ease- <br />ments: #3, 4A, 4B, 4C, 7A, 7B, 7C, 7D, 63, 64, 67, 68, 69, 70, 70A, 70B, <br />82AA, 84AA, 84CC, 84B, 73, 81A, 35, 36, New Brighton easement #A B. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />A resolution abating an assessment due to service charge being. <br />levied but no service installed was presented. Motion to adopt Resolu- <br />tion #158. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Sullivan to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to endorse a <br />check from the Highway Department to Mr. Moga (settlement for condem- <br />nation), because assessment has been paid. Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to adopt Ordinance #111, correcting Ordinance #100. <br />Seconded by LaVaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve license applications. (list attached.) <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />The Attorney was instructed to notify the owners of the proposed <br />trailer park of the need for permission to re -route the Judicial ditch. <br />The Clerk's office is to tify Roto- Rooter and Thorp Homes of the <br />need for their license. <br />The Clerk reported that 186 post cards for the informal hearing for <br />sewer in areas C -1, C -3, E had been mailed. <br />
