-2- <br />OiiUG557 <br />Mr. Rustad presented the B E Patrol Report and the Police <br />Department Report for April, 1964. Copies on file. <br />Mr. Blanchard stated that due to an error on his part <br />Sgt. Hagen had not been receiving the correct amount of pay. <br />Motion by Blanchard to correct the pay for Mr. Hagen <br />making his salary $525.00 per month effective January 15, 1964. <br />Seconded by Sullivan. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to concur with the Building Inspectors <br />recommendation and allow variance at2292 Lois Drive, allowing garage <br />within 4 feet of house, using a firewall. Seconded by Sullivan. 5 ayes. <br />The Adm. Clerk was directed to notify the Civil Defense <br />Director that the 21st of May is not the regular meeting night of <br />Civil Defense and the hall will be in use that evening by another group. <br />The Attorney was directed to prepare a resolution designating <br />Edgewood Drive from County Road H -2 to County Road H as a State Aid Street. <br />Motion by Blanchard to order the improvement for lateral <br />sewer service in all areas of the Village except for C -1 and C -3. <br />This includes areas A -1; A -2, B -1, B -2, B -3, C -2, D -1, D -2, and E. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Although laterals have been ordered by above motion the <br />only areas actually having laterals installed at this time will be <br />those who have already indicated the desire to have said service and <br />the rest will be by petition. <br />The Attorney stated that he had attended the hearing on the <br />Chies Dump and received a set of plans for the Engineer to study. <br />They do not yet have a permit but the dump is in operation. <br />A memo from the Attorney regarding elective offices was <br />received and filed. <br />Motion by Rustad to adopt Resolution 159 regarding lot <br />splits and water assessments. 33301- 33301 33301- 33371 33371- <br />33374 -33374 and 33373. <br />A Resolution requesting the County to take over and <br />maintain Stinson Boulevard from South Corporate limits to the North <br />Corporate limits was presented. <br />Motion By Rustad to adopt Resolution 160. Seconded <br />by Blanchard. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills totaling 54,711.15. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to approve Licenses Seconded by <br />Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />A Resolution releasing the Village of Lexington from the <br />North Suburban Hospital District was read. <br />Motion by Blanchard to concur with the Hospital Board <br />action and adopt Resolution 161. Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />
