June 15 <br />1964 at the Village Hall 2401 Highway 10, by Mayor Donald Hodges. <br />Donald .C. Hodges <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Ingram Rusted <br />Charles D. La Vaque <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Sheldon Boehm <br />Richard Meyers <br />Blanchard to authorize the Mayor and Clerk to <br />agreement with George E. and Hazel A. Jackson <br />issuance of a check in the amount of $1.00 <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Mayor Hodges asked for further bids for the Sanitary Sewer <br />Interceptor System three tTme Mayor Hodges instructed the Engineer <br />I open the bids for the Sanitary Sewer Interceptor System and Surface <br />rainage Improvement Project 1964 -1. At "this time the Mayor declared <br />.,e receiving of bids closed. (List of Bids attached) <br />Motion'by Blanchard to refer bids to the Engineer and <br />Attorney for tabulation and recommendation. Report for June 22, <br />Regular Council Meeting. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Blanchard to designate Paul Boog as the Village <br />Representative to the League of Minnesota Municipalities Convention, <br />June 17, 18, 19. Expenses to be paid by the Village. Seconded by <br />La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Rusted to raise the salary of Joanne La Casse, <br />Secretary and Harriet Kish, Twenty -five cents per hour ($.25) to <br />begin June 15, 1964. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Mr. Stuart Rothgeber requested the Council to review the <br />Bond requirements for Contractors. He believed them to be excessive <br />and unnecessary. The Clerk was directed to refer this to the Attorney. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adjourn. Seconded by Rusted. <br />4 Ayes.
