Hodges Lloyd J. Blanchard Charles La Vaque Ingram Rustad Sheldon Boehm Paul E. Boog Irene Edberg alter Skiba Ou0066 Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of June 8, 1964 as presented. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of June 15, 1964 as presented. Seconded by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Mr. Hodges read Mr. Boogls report on the League Convention. (copy on file) Motion by Hodges to accept plans for Sanitary Sewer Project .964 -1 Schedule A B and C from the Engineer. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. The Engineer was instructed to contact the prime contractor on Well 2 to direct Ziegler Company to repair a leaking hydraulic pump. Mr. La Vaque read the minutes of the Planning Commission Meeting. (copy on file) Mr. Rustad reported that the County had completed the patching of Village roads. Motion by Hodges to concur with the recommendation of the Building Inspector and the Planning Commission to approve plans of Clark Oil Refining Company for a service station at Highway 10 and County Road H -2 and authorize the Building Inspector to issue a building permit. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. The Engineer presented and read a report on Sanitary Sewer and Surface water drainage project 1964 -1. (copy on file) Motion by Blanchard to accept the Engineers recommendation and 1. To award bid for Schedule A Sanitary Sewer Project 1964 -1 to C. S. McCrossan ,Inc. in the amount of $517,534.10 2. To award bid for Schedule B, Sanitary Sewer Project 1964 -1 .o Orfei and Sons in the amount of $323,028.57. 3. To award bid for Schedule C Sanitary Sewer Project 1964 -1 to Orfei and Sons in the amount of $434,042.47.
