Pursuant to due call and notion thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of !beads View, Minnesota was held at the Village Lail <br />La said Village as the 22nd day of June, 1984 at 6:00 p.s. with the following members <br />present: Hodges, Blanchard, Rustad, La Vague <br />and the following members absent: None <br />EXTRACT Of MINDY s Or I*s?INO <br />Of TIN VIIL1— COUNCIL Of ISM <br />VILLAS' Of M OMON VIM, MINNESOTA <br />Neeber Rustad introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />164 A D SOLUTION INDICATING NO SRR HOOT -OP8 UNTIL OBf ET PROVIDED <br />WE EMS, in order to receive permission for the construction of a <br />sanitary sewer system within the Village of Mounds View approval from the State Noaad <br />at Neelth 18 rewired. and <br />.I S, such permission will not be granted until the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Sewer District provides for an outlet for sewage disposal, <br />NOW, 7210112641X SR IT MRSOLORD That the Village Council of the Village <br />of Mbusds View will permit no services or sanitary sewage floes to the proposed Mounds <br />View intercepter system or lateral system until such time that the North Suburban <br />Sanitary Aver District provides a sewage outlet to the village. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Member Blancha.dand upon a vote being tale the following ambers voted in <br />favor thereof: Blanchard, Hodge, <br />sod the followlog members voted against the same: <br />ague <br />ebereupoa said resolution eas declared pooped and adopted. <br />Village die <br />Mayor <br />
