Boog <br />Irene Edberg <br />Public Works: Walter Skiba <br />0u+0082 <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of July 13 as presented. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of July 14 as presented. <br />Seconded by Schott. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. George Gustafson appeared requesting a subdivison. <br />Motion by Rusted to allow subdivision of C. J. Staffords land at <br />8466 Eastwood Road, subject to completion of proper forms and payment <br />of fees. (plot plan on file) Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. La Vaque Naye. <br />At 8:30 P.M. the Mayor re-opened the assessment hearing for <br />the water and street improvement project 1963 -1, recessed from <br />May 25, 1964. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adopt the assessment role as prepared <br />for Water and Street Improvement Project 1963 1. (Assessment 44, <br />45, 46) Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. Samuel Fried requested a subdivison <br />2069 Sherwood Road. <br />Motion by La Vaque to grant subdivison <br />property. (Plot plan on file) Seconded by Rusta <br />of his property at <br />requested at above <br />d. 5 Ayes. <br />The Mayor directed the Clerks Office to set an informal <br />meeting with residents along the proposed Silver Lake Road extension <br />to determine if they feel the need for water and /or sewer services <br />in the next four years, due to the counties order regarding open <br />cutting of new county roads. <br />The Pinewood-Terrace Drive drainage problem was again <br />referred to the Engineer for a possible alternate drainage method since <br />tae Attorney was unable to obtain the necessary easements. <br />Motion by Hodges to allow Oriei and Sons, Inc. to store their <br />construction equipment and machinery n' =-r pump house 2 during the <br />period of Sanitary Sewer Construction.
