ekik <br />PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE IF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNES')TA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad at 8:00 P.M., October 26, 1964 <br />at 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Mayor: <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney: <br />Engineer: <br />Adm. Clerk: <br />Public Works: <br />Ingram Rustad <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Arthur Schott <br />Charles D. La Vaque <br />Donald C. Hodges <br />Richard Meyers <br />Shelly Boehm <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of October 14, 1964 <br />as presented. Seconded by Schott. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Blanchard gave a report on N SSD and replied to a letter <br />in the Minneapolis paper October 23. (copy of answer attached to <br />official minutes.) <br />Mr. Joe Stork 8016 Red Oak Drive stated that the storm <br />drainage in front of his home was on his private property and requested <br />that the situation be corrected. Matter referred to Village Engineer <br />for action if necessary. Mr. Stork also reported that the contractors <br />employees were consuming beer and had discarded cans in his yard. <br />Matter referred to Mr. Skiba for investigation and correction. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed ti notify locrl papers <br />of system of registration for voting. <br />Mr. La Vaque referred a protrlem of water billing to the <br />Clerk's Office and reported that 1377 water meters were now in <br />use in the Village. <br />Mr. Schott gave the road report Motion by Schott <br />to send work order to the County Engineer to re- surface Red Oak Drive <br />from Woodcrest to County Road H -2. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Schott to send werk order to the County Engineer <br />to make necessary road repairs in the Sanitary Sewer C-1 and C -3 <br />Districts. .Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Robert Edmond, Electrical Inspector gave a brief report <br />on the Street Lighting seminar sponsored by N.S.P. <br />Mr. Chris Piehowski, building inspector, requested two <br />changes in the building ordinance regarding 24" on center rafters <br />and the use of rprebuilt truss construction., Matter referred to <br />Attorney and Engineer. <br />
