E.TRACT''OF'MINUTES OF ';`.STING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COj CIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW LI±' ESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a .911Pgar <br />t ia� of the Vi ilr.c;e Council of the Village of 8md• vim_ <br />Minnesota was held a the Village Hall in said Village on the ot6 <br />day of N 19 gat_ Aso o'clock p,m. <br />with the following members present: Bodges, LaVaque, Rusted and Schott <br />and the following meribers absent: Blanchard <br />Nember uT_ introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO <br />PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest <br />that the Village of _.,.aa vim.,, construct a sanitary sewer oystea <br />AND ?WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary <br />to acquire= pagamang over the following described land: The South 35 feet of <br />Lot 78, Spring Lake Park Rillview Addition, Section 8, Township 30, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota, bounded on the Seat by the Yet line of Westwood <br />Road, bounded on the South by the Aorth right-of-way line of the Saint Paul later <br />Yorks and bounded on the Yet by the right- of-way line of State T.M.# 10. <br />AND WHEREAS, the Village is advised and believes that the most <br />feasible location for such aanitary sewer system <br />is on the land above described; <br />AND WHEREAS, it has become necessary to procure title to such an <br />by right of eminent domain; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Village of Monads view <br />proceed to procure title to an easement in such land under its right of <br />eminent domain and that the Village Attorney be and he hereby is directed <br />to file the <br />easement <br />
