Motion by Blanchard to advertise for bids for an Office <br />Billing Machine to open the bids on January 11, 1965 at 8:00 P.M. <br />Seconded by La Vague. 5 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />Mayor Hodges directed the Clerk's Office to draft a Holiday <br />Policy for the coming year. <br />Motion by Blanchard to declare that Municipal Water is <br />available on Water. Improvement Project 1963 -1. (Mueller Addition <br />and Groveland Extension) The residents have until June 30th, 1965 <br />to hook -up to the Water system before the $100.00 water hook -up <br />charge would be applied.
