PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />P s The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., December 28, 1964, <br />at 2401 Highway 10. <br />Roll Call of Officers: <br />Present were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Also present: <br />Engineer: <br />Attorney: <br />Adm. La Vaque <br />Ingram Rustad <br />Absent: <br />Trustee: Arthur Schott account of <br />birth of son. <br />Shelly Boehm <br />Richard Meyers <br />Paul E. Boog <br />:Walter Skiba <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of December 14, 1964 <br />as presented. Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to refer request for abondonment of <br />Edgewood Drive easement from Mr. J. Eastman be referred to Attorney <br />and Engineer. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. Samuel B. Fried brought to the attention of the Council <br />an error in the minutes of December 14, 1964. <br />Motion by Hodges to strike sentence 2, Paragraph 9. <br />Line 2 (stating "Meyers read of minutes of December 14, 1964. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. J. Stork* requested the Council to consider hiring <br />an outside firm to do an audit of Village Books. <br />The Clerk's Office will have a representative of the public <br />examiners office at the next agenda meeting to discuss this matter. <br />Mr. Ken Ballenger requested the recreation department to <br />install First Aid Kits at warming houses and consider hiring more <br />mature help. <br />Motion by Hodges to approve the prelin.i plans for new <br />T. H. #10 as presented and to adopt Resolution(# 182 o stating. <br />Seconded by Rustad, 4 Ayes. <br />After considerable discussion regarding snow removal, <br />Mr. Rustad stated he would tour the Village with Dean Anklan, County <br />Engineer, to point up the problem. <br />0 1 0142 <br />Mr. La Vaque read the minutes of the Planning Commission <br />Meeting.(copy on file) <br />Motion by La Vaque to notify developers of property for <br />proposed mobile home that their rezoning application must be accompanied <br />by a petition from the affected homecwners as stated in the ordinance. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 Ayes. <br />
