PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIE'! <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA 000001 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at <br />6:45 P.M., January 4, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: Donald C. La Vaque <br />Trustee: Ingram Rustad <br />Absent: <br />Trustee: <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Treasurer: <br />Adm.Clerk: <br />Meeting adjourned at 9:00 P.M. <br />Perry Malvin <br />Shelly Boehm <br />Irene Edberg <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Mr. Ludford presented a petition for rezoning an area <br />for a Mobile Home Park. <br />Motion by La Vaque to set a public hearing on January 18, 1965 <br />at 8:30 P.M. to rezone the following property: <br />Subject to Highway, the South eight (8) acres of <br />part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (NE%4, NE%) Westerly of line running <br />Southeasterly 425 feet MOL from North Section line <br />and par with and 75 feet Southwesterly from CL <br />of STH 10 -62; thence Southeasterly to point 495 feet <br />North of and 516.12 feet West of South and East <br />lines of said '/q 4 thence South 495 feet par with <br />East line of Section 17, Township 30, Range 23; and <br />a corridor strip no greater than 100 feet wide for <br />access to TH #10 on the Southeast corner of said <br />parcel containing 12 /100th of an acre more or less, <br />and subject to Highway, the Northwest Quarter of <br />the Northeast Quarter (N.% NE%) of Section 17, <br />Township 30, Range 23. <br />From R -LA, B -1 and L -I to B -3 with special use permit for the <br />purpose of constructing a mobile home park. Seconded by Rustad. <br />4 Ayes. <br />Motion by Hodges to make the following appointments: <br />Depository First State Bank of New Brighton <br />Newspaper New Brighton Bulletin. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adjourn.
