Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village council of the Village of Mounds View, Tinnesota was held at the Village Hall in said Village on the Ilth day of January, 1965 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. with the following members present: Hodges, Blanchard, LaVa Rusted and Malvin and the following members absent: None Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS. WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest that the Village of Mounds View construct a highway AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to ac{uire: EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA Parcel 13. The fee title to The East 7 feet of Lot 3, of the recorded plat of Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Parcel 14. The fee title to The East 7 feet of Lot 1, of the recorded plat of Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Parcel 15. The fee title to The East 40 feet of the south 200 feat of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Parcel 16: The fee title to The East 33 feet of the following described property: The North 75 feet of the South 350 feet of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except therefrom the West 216.6 feet. Parcel 17. The fee title to the East 40 feet of the South 150 feat of the North 233 feet of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota except the West 216.6 feet thereof. The fee title to That part of the north 83 feet of Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except the Nest 216.6 feet thereof that lies east o;: a line 40 feet west of and parallel to the following described line: Beginning at the south quarter cection corner of Section 6, Township 30, Range 23, thence north along the north and south quarter section line of said Section 6 for a distance of 477.20 feet to the beginning of a 9° 00' curve to the right; thence along said curve (having a central angle of 40 35 a tangent of 235.39 feet and a radius of 636.62 feet) to the north line of said Lot 56 and there terminating.
