Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village <br />council of the Village of Mounds View, Tinnesota was held at the Village Hall in said <br />Village on the Ilth day of January, 1965 at 8:00 o'clock p.m. with the following <br />members present: Hodges, Blanchard, LaVa Rusted and Malvin <br />and the following members absent: None <br />Member Blanchard introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY <br />TO PROCEED WITH CONDEMNATION PROCEEDINGS. <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary, advisable and in the public interest that the <br />Village of Mounds View construct a highway <br />AND WHEREAS, in order to accomplish such purpose it is necessary to <br />ac{uire: <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW, MINNESOTA <br />Parcel 13. The fee title to The East 7 feet of Lot 3, of the recorded <br />plat of Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Parcel 14. The fee title to The East 7 feet of Lot 1, of the recorded <br />plat of Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Parcel 15. The fee title to The East 40 feet of the south 200 feat of <br />Lot 56, Auditor's Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Parcel 16: The fee title to The East 33 feet of the following described <br />property: The North 75 feet of the South 350 feet of Lot 56, Auditor's <br />Subdivision No. 89, Ramsey County, Minnesota, except therefrom the West <br />216.6 feet. <br />Parcel 17.
