Austad <br />Shelly Boehm <br />Richard Meyers <br />Zane Mann <br />Paul E..Bbog <br />Walter Skiba <br />The minutes of the regular meeting held January 25, 1965 <br />were corrected as follows: <br />0 J001.8 <br />1. Page 1, Para. 3 Line 5, (Date not correct) Shall read <br />November 3, 1964, General Election in Mounds View. <br />2. Page 2, Para. 3, Line 4, (cost of 3 incorrect) <br />Shall read 3 $520.00. <br />Motion by Malvin to accept minutes of January 25, 1965 as <br />corrected. Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. <br />Mr. ZRne Mann, Fiscal Agent, presented a proposed <br />resolution for a bond sale and explained the need for this to the <br />Council. <br />Motion by La Vaque to adopt Resolution 189 as presented. <br />Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />Mayor Hodges reported on the following items: <br />1 Woodcrest Park progress, fill being placed, brush being burned. <br />2. Little League Baseball contract refer- this to Attorney Meyers <br />for checking. <br />3. A letter from the Department of Highways, State of Minnesota, <br />expressing appreciation for the cooperation received from Mr. Boog, <br />regarding a building permit inventory they were conducting. (on file) <br />Mr. La Vaque reported on the following items: <br />1. Plowing in Village now satisfactory. <br />2. Petitions for road improvements for non sewered areas available <br />at Village Office. <br />3. A letter from the Village Engineer regarding Well 2 covering <br />further repairs. on file <br />4. The Water Department report for 1964. (on file) <br />The Engineer presented Change Order 2 for Schedule B <br />of Sanitary Sewer Project 1964 -1. <br />Motion by Hodges to approve Change Order 2 on Schedule B <br />Sanitary Sewer Project 1964 -1 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to <br />execute. Seconded by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />
