PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY 00UNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Hodges at 4:05 P.M. <br />May 13, 1965 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Trustee <br />Also Present: <br />Adm. Clerk <br />Red Cross Disaster Dir. <br />F.H.A. Construction <br />Analyst: <br />Donald C. Hodges <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Charles La Vaque <br />Ingram Rustad <br />Perry Malvin <br />Paul E. Boog <br />Frank Knodle <br />Jack Nelson <br />0J0061 <br />Mayor Hodges introduced Mr. Frank Knodle, the Red Cross <br />Disaster Director and Mr. Jack Nelson, F.H.A. Construction Analyst <br />assigned to assist and answer questions about Federal Housing. <br />Mayor Hodges stated that henceforth Mr. Knodle would handle <br />the case work for disaster victims. <br />Motion by Blanchard to reset the Public Hearing on rezoning <br />D.L. Zable's property on South side of Highway 10 near Fairchild Ave. <br />Change date from May 24, 1965 to June 7, 1965 at 6:30 P.M. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 Ayes. Motion carried. <br />The Village of New Brighton requesting information about <br />sewer construction on County Road H was read and Adm. Clerk, Mr. Boog <br />was directed to reply. <br />A Petition for the extension of water main was received. <br />Motion by La Vaque to set a public improvement hearing at 7:00 P.M. on <br />June 7, 1965 to extend the water main on Woodale Drive from Knollwood <br />to Fairchild Seconded by Rusted. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Motion by Rustad to pay bills totaling $132.65. Seconded <br />by Hodges. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Request from Mr. George Imm, 1866 County Road H -2 to move <br />a trailer onto the site for temporary living quarters. Motion by <br />Rustad to grant a special permit to move a trailer onto 1866 County <br />Road H -2 for 90 days. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. Motion Carried. <br />Request by Mr. Robert Andrus, 8241 Eastwood Road to move <br />a trailer onto the site for temporary living quarters. <br />Motion by La Vaque to grant a special permit to move a trailer <br />onto 8241 Eastwood Road for 90 days.
