PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Hodges at 8:00 P.M., June 14, 1965 at <br />2401 Highway '.0. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: Donald C. Boog <br />Walter Skiba <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of regular meeting held <br />April 26, 1965 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of regular meeting held <br />May 10, 1965 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of regular meeting held <br />May 24, 1965 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rustad to approve minutes of special meeting held <br />May 3, 1965 as presented. Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to approve minutes of special meeting held <br />May 11, 1965 as presented. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Hodges to approve minutes of special meeting held <br />May 13, 1965 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve minutes of special meeting held <br />May 17, 1965 as presented. Seconded by La Vaque. 5 Ayes. <br />Mr. Rustad reported the following as Village representative <br />to the North Suburban Sanitary Sewer District. <br />1. Reaffirmed that the district does have an outlet for <br />the sewage. <br />2. Mounds View force main contracts to be let this month <br />and finished this fall. <br />3. N.S.S.S.D. may extend line to serve a portion of <br />Shoreview, Lexington and Circle Pines. <br />After checking statement by Twin City Testing Laboratory <br />and Comstock and Davis regarding the water treatment system, the <br />Attorney approved the release of the escrow money held as guarantee. <br />The Clerk was directed to prepare the necessary papers as soon as <br />possible. <br />A petition for Sanitary Sewer service in a portion of the <br />C -1 area on file) was received and discussed. <br />Motion by Blanchard to order the Engineer to prepare a <br />report on sanitary sewer service in the C -1 and C -3 areas, and further <br />'o set a public hearing on this matter for 9:00 p.m. on July 12, 1965. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 5 Ayes. <br />
