PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEV COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a §pecial Meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Rustad <br />at 8:30 P.M. on August 30, 1965 at 2401 Highway 10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Attorney: <br />Fiscal Agent: <br />Ingram C. McCrossan <br />and Company for Sewer Project 1964 -LA. Seconded by La Vaque' 4 Ayes. <br />Motion by La Vaque to allow a variance as requested for <br />E. Lalli 8036 Fairchild allowing an eight foot side yard set back <br />on garage side of property. The North 73 feet of the South 219 feet <br />of the East of the North 2/3 of Lot 63 Auditors Subdivision 89. <br />Motion by Rustad to change the date of the Sewer Assessment <br />Hearing from September 15 to September 28 at 8:00 P.M. at the <br />Edgewood Junior High School.
