-3- <br />necessary, by reference to the records of the Village Assessor <br />and the United States Post Office, and the published listing of <br />telephone service subscribers in the Village. <br />Mr. Meyers, Attorney, also read the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR SANITARY <br />SEWER IMPROVEMENTS. <br />WHEREAS, following ecess of the meeting held on <br />September 28, 1965, the Council as a whole has viewed all of the <br />properties where objections were raised verbally or in writing. All <br />objections were reviewed by the Village staff and Council members, <br />mathematical corrections were made, on other objections relative <br />to the area formula and front foot computations were considered. <br />The amendments resulting from such considerations have now <br />been recorded on the assessment roll which is identified as Mounds <br />View Hearing List, Sanitary Sewer 47, September 20, 19G5, Copy 3. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOVED By the Village Council of the <br />Village of Mounds View, Minnesota, as follows: <br />(1) The special assessments as amended for Sanitary Sewer <br />Improvements are hereby adopted, a it is hereby found and determined <br />that each lot, piece and parcel of property so assessed is benefited <br />in the amounts of the respective assessments levied against it. <br />(2) Said assessments may be paid in cash, without interest, <br />if paid within thirty (30) days fr:m the date hereof, or may be paid <br />in thirty (30) equal, annual instalments in the same time and <br />manner as the payment of real estate taxes with interest at the rate <br />of six per cent `G% per annum fro.: 1 the date hereof to December 31 of <br />the year in which the first payment is payable to be added to each <br />subsequent installment; PROVIDED, ::O'.'EVER, That any property owner <br />may pay the entire unpaid balance :f the assessment against his <br />property at any time with interes to December 31, of the year in <br />which said payment is made. <br />(3) The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify <br />a copy of the assessments and a r .,y of this resolution to the County <br />Auditor of Ramsey County to be e tended on the proper tax lists of <br />the County for collection with ether real estate taxes in and for <br />the Village. <br />The motion for the actor <br />duly seconded by Member Blanch <br />the following members voted in <br />Rusted, La Vague (Mayor Hodges <br />held on October 4, 1965.) <br />and the following members voted <br />whereupon said resolution was d, <br />pion of the foregoing resolution was <br />:d and upon a vote being taken, <br />wor thereof: Malvin, Blanchard, <br />.lot present at the reconvened meeting <br />against the same: None <br />clared passed and adopted. <br />Mr. Malvin introduceithe above ,esoltuion 214 and moved its <br />adoption. <br />
