PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Acting Mayor Rustad at 7:00 P.M. on October 18. 1965 at 2401 <br />Highway #10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Mayor: <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Meeting adjourned at 7:35 P.M. <br />I. C. Rustad <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Charles La Vaque <br />Perry Malvin <br />Donald Hodges <br />Eldon Comstock <br />Motion by La Vaque to accept bid of C.S. McCrossan for <br />debris removal from Judicial Ditch, and to authorize Acting Mayor <br />and Clerk to execute. (Bid attached to official minutes. Removal <br />under disaster procedure.) Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard'to pay bills submitted: <br />G -3891 Gene Wagner Construction Co. $8,727.33 <br />G ■3893 United States Post Master 100.00 <br />The above checks are from sewer fund. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to allow Comstock and Davis to do <br />survey for R. C. Shandorf, 2185 County Road H 2. <br />Seconded by La Vaque. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept preliminary report for <br />watermain extension on South side of Highway #10, East of Groveland. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to set public hearing for watermain <br />extension 800 east of Groveland on Highway #10 for November 1,1965 <br />at 9:00 P.M.
