PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL VILLAGE OF M'7UNDS VIEW RAMSEY C'XNTY, MINNESOTA The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Acting Mayor Rusted at 8 :00 P.M. on October 25,1955 at 2401 Highway #10. Present Were: Acting Mayor: I.C. Rustad Clerk: Lloyd J. Blanchard Trustee: Charles La Vague Perry Malvin Absent: Mayor: Donald Hodges Also Present: Engineer: Sheldon Boehm Eldon Comstock Treasurer: Irene Edberg Public Works: Walter Skiba Motion by La Vague to approve Minutes of October 11,1965 meeting as presented, Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. Motion by Rustad to approve Minutes of October 18,1965 meeting as presented. Seconded by La Vague, 4 ayes. Mr.'Rustad reported that sewer service from N,S.S,S.D. was available to all villages in the district but Mounds View, but would be ready for our village near January 15,1966, Motion by La Vague to order from Northern States Power 6000 lumen lights at the folio wing locations, 1. Halfay between Highway 10 and Co. Rd. J on Spring Lake Road 2. Intersection of Greenwood and Woodcrest 3. Intersection of Hillview and Eastwood Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. A developers request for personal opinion of the Council regarding the chances for a mobile home park near Long Lake Road and County Road H2, was presented. The Council indicated that this development would probably not be approved due to nearby residents objections, National Funds Inc. presented a request for elimination of basement on their Mobile Home Park utility building. Motion by Malvin to concur with Building Inspectors request and eliminate the basement from the utility building at the Mobile Home Park on H2 and Highway 8. Seconded by La Vague. 4 ayes. The Police Department was authorized to release the impounded pistol to the owner, J Iverson, of 2470 Clearview Drive.
