PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Mounds View Village Council was called to orderty Acting Mayor <br />Rustad at 7:00 P.M. on October 27, 1965 at 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present Were: <br />Acting Mayor: <br />Clerk: <br />Trustee: <br />Absent: <br />Mayor: <br />Trustee: <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolutio <br />with the County regarding water main crossing at <br />Highway #10. Seconded by Malvin. <br />I.C. Rustad <br />Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Perry Malvin <br />Donald Hodges <br />Charles La Vague <br />in agreement <br />y Road I and <br />3 ayes: <br />Motion to adjourn by Blanchard.
