PROCEEDING OF THE VILLAGE C1UKCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting <br />of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by Mayor <br />Donald Hodges at 7:00 P.M. on November 1,1965 at 2401 Highway #10. <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor: Donald Hodges <br />Clerk: Lloyd J..Blanchard <br />Trustee: Charles La Vaque <br />Perry Malvin <br />I. C. Rustad <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer: <br />Public Works: <br />Deputy Clerk: <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution <br />certain assessments on Sanitary Sewer improvement <br />Seconded by La Vaque. <br />Division <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:50 P.M. <br />Sheldon Boehm <br />Walter Skiba <br />Joanne La Casse <br />orrecting <br />5 ayes. <br />The Village Engineer was directed to obtain informal bids <br />for underground electrical cable work on Sewer Utility Building for <br />presentation to council. <br />The Engineer was directed to prepare a change order on <br />Lametti and Northern Contracting projects on Groveland Road relative <br />to installation of certain sewer lines, for presentation at next <br />regular meeting. <br />Motion by Rusted to set a public hearing for the rezoning <br />of that property at 2130 Highway #10 from 81 and R 2 to B 3, for the <br />=arpose of erecting a service station. (Petitioneer is G.Herda.) <br />Hearing to be at 9:30 P.M. on the 22nd of November, 1965. <br />Seconded by Hodges. 4 ayes. <br />Malvin naye. <br />Motion by Rustad to adjourn.
