Representative reported that <br />sewer would be available shortly after January 1, 1966. Mr. <br />Rusted read the Police Department Report for October. Mr. <br />Rusted read the B E Patrol Report for October. <br />Mr. LaVaque reported that the sewer construction is <br />on schedule. We have now received the permit to cross the St. <br />Paul !Mater Works Mains. Well #1 and #2 are working properly. <br />Mr. LaVaque submitted a lot split request for Marc <br />Adams, 8004 Red Oak Drive (Spring Lake Park Hillview Lot 125). <br />This was referred to the next meeting because of lack of inform- <br />ation. <br />Motion by LaVaque to direct En -ineer to set up spec- <br />ifications for bids on sewer maintenance equipment. Seconded <br />by Malvin. 3 ayes <br />Chris Piehowski, Building Inspector, presented plane <br />for the Sunrise Methodist Church. <br />Motion by Rustad to concur with Building Inspector's <br />
