=r <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Acting Mayor Perry Malvin at 8:00 p.m. on March <br />14, 1966 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Roll Call: <br />Acting Mayor Perry Malvin <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Rustad <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Engineer Sheldon Boehm <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />Deputy Clerk Joanne La Casse <br />Motion by Johnson to approve the minutes of the regular <br />meeting held February 28, 1966. Seconded by Lang. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Lang to approve the minutes of the special meeting <br />held March 7, 1966. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes. <br />Residents questioned the cost difference of the sewer permit. <br />The Clerk explained that the provisional permit issued from October <br />18, 1965 to January 18, 1965 was $15.00 due to additional inspections. <br />After January 18 the permit was $10.00. <br />Mr. Snyker, Ramsey County Assistant Engineer, appeared <br />regarding the construction of County Road H. The matter of assess- <br />ments was brought up again. The Village has paid more than half. <br />The matter was referred to the next agenda meeting. <br />Motion by Lang to send a Resolution to the New Brighton <br />Village Council requesting action on the storm sewer work in con- <br />junction with County Road H construction. Also to consider the <br />construction of storm sewer to relieve the water problem between <br />County Road H and Long Lake Road. Seconded by Johnson. 4 ayes. <br />Mr. E. A. Dropps questioned the size needed for sewer lines <br />and water lines for the property at H -2 an Knollwood. He was <br />referred to the Engineer. <br />The rezoning of Lots 8 and 9 Spring Lake Park Knolls Addition <br />was discussed at great length. They were informed this is a legal <br />matter and advised to consult an Attorney. It is a Civil matter <br />between the property owners and Ramsey County and the Village was <br />not directly involved. <br />
