PROCEEDINGS CF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OP MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on April 11, 1966 at <br />the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Roll Call of ')fficials: <br />Mayor I. C. rustad <br />Clerk L. J. Flanchard <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Gary Ling <br />Trustee Perry Plalvin <br />Also Present: <br />Attorney Richa3rl Meyers <br />Engineer She'd vn Boehm <br />Public Works Walte Skiba <br />Deputy Clerk Joann.: La Casse <br />Treasurer Irene l:dberg <br />Motion by Rustad to approve the minute; of the regular <br />meeting held March 28, 1966. Seconded by Lang. 5 ayes. <br />Mr. Rustad reported that a federal gral: for one and a <br />half million dollars had been applied for by N. S.S.D. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolutio 232 egarding <br />Highway markings on highway 35W. Seconded by M i 5 ayes. <br />Mr. Ben Dahl asked permission to install one sewer service <br />line for both buildings at 1925 Highway 10. <br />Motion by Rustad to grant the request eith the provision <br />that no other business is connected to the sincle line. Time <br />allowed for this type of connection is 12 month. Seconded by Lang. <br />5 ayes. <br />Mr. Roger Sandine, 1790 Woodale Drive, questioned why <br />the survey crew was on his property. Thia was referred to the <br />Engineer. <br />Residents from the Lois and Knoll are questioned the <br />possibility of improving the Judicial Ditch north of Hillview <br />Road. Mr. Meyers explained that this was const'ucted in 1931 <br />to drain Anoka County and to do any work on the ditch requires <br />a Court ')rder. <br />Mr. Rustad read a letter from Premier Fealty requesting <br />to park a Mobile Home on the Johnson Farm property for temporary <br />use as an office. <br />
