FR10EEDINGS 'F THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY C')UNTY,MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order at 8:00 p.m. on April <br />18, 1966 by Mayor Rustad at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Mayor Ii C. Rustad <br />Clerk L. J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Sheldon Boehm <br />All persons concerned discussed at length Shamrocks <br />Excavating License. Their license was suspended from April 14 <br />through April 18. Shamrock Excavating will not receive any further <br />violations and if they shall occur there will be immediate revocation. <br />This is to serve as a warning to all contractors. <br />Premier Realty is removing the trailer from the Johnson <br />Farm Property. They are to rent office space. <br />Motion by Malvin to concur with the Building Inspectors <br />recommendation to approve building plans and authorize building <br />inspector to issue a permit for "Launching Pad Supper Club <br />(The owner is Robert Waste). This will be located on Highway I0 <br />just east of the Clark Oil Station. Seconded by Johnson. 5 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adjourn.
