PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE 1F MXUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was <br />called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. on May 9, 1966 at the <br />Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10. <br />Roll call of "officials: <br />Mayor I. Blanchard <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Ge -y Lang <br />Members Absent: <br />Trustee <br />Also Present: <br />Perry Malvin <br />Engineer Sheldon Boehm <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Treasurer Irene Edberg <br />Fiscal Agent Robert Ehlers <br />Deputy Clerk Joanne La Casse <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />Motion by Lang to approve the minutes of the regular <br />meeting held April 25, 1966. Seconded by Rusted. 4 ayes <br />Mr. Rustad reported that the N.S.S.S.D, line in Mounds View <br />is completed. County Road H from Long Lake Road to east Village <br />limits done in 10 to 14 days. <br />Mr. Meyers presented a memorandum for licenses of vending <br />machines. On file.) This was referred to :he Agenda Meeting for <br />further study. The Clerkls lffice was directed to write to other <br />municipalities for ordinances regarding vending machine licenses. <br />Mr. Holin from Gulf Oil informed the Council of changes in <br />the plot plan. The Council approved the revised plan for a station <br />at Highway 8 and 10. <br />Representatives from the Local 49 appeared before the Ccuncil. <br />The Attorney read a memorandum regarding the Union request. The <br />origenators are to petition the Council for election. <br />A resident questioned what the Village can do when a contrac- <br />tor does damage to property while installing the sewer line to the <br />home. This is a private matter between the contractor and the home <br />owner. <br />
