Motion by Blanchard to adopt Resolution 238 apportion- <br />ment of sewer and water assessments. Seconded by Malvin. <br />4 ayes <br />The Attorney presented an ordinance increasing the license <br />fees for contractors. <br />Motion by Blanchard to adopt Ordinance 137 amending <br />Ordinance 15. Seconded by Johnson, 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to pay bills subm :tted totaling <br />$86,485.51 less check 4614 to Northern C.,ntracting in the <br />amount of 18,678.98. Seconded by Malvin. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept the resignation of Jeanne <br />Perry effective May 31, 1966. Seconded by Rustad. 4 ayes. <br />Motion by Blanchard to accept the resignation of Dr. Houle <br />as Health Officer. Seconded by Malvine 4 ayes. <br />The Clerk's Office was directed to contact the Clinic for <br />a new Health Officer. <br />Motion by Blanchard to increase the salary of Betty Ehrhardt <br />to $1.85 per hour effective May 15. Seconded by J(,hnson. <br />4 ayes. <br />Motion by Malvin to approve Sub division for Robert <br />Trepanier 8280 Long Lake Road. Seconded by Johnson. <br />4 ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to allow up to $10C.00 per person attend- <br />ing the League of Minnesota Municipalities Convention, June 15, <br />16 and 17. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 ayes. <br />Mr. Eigenheer inquired about the possibility of the Village <br />installing sewer and water and street res' rfacing in a new <br />developement and assessing the benefited ;property. This was <br />referred to the Engineer and Attorney for study. <br />A resident asked about having a stop light installed at <br />County Road H -2 and Highway 10. He was 1 .Formed that the Council <br />has tried several times without success.
