PROCEEDINGS OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of <br />the Village Council was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Rustad <br />at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway 10 June 6, 1966 <br />Present Were: <br />Mayor I. C, Rusted <br />Clerk L. J( Blanchard <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Deputy Clerk Joanne La Casse <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />At 7 :00 p.m. the Mayor opened the hearing on rezoning for <br />Erwin Herbst. <br />The Clerk read the legal and attested to the publishing and <br />mailing of same. <br />The Planning Commission has given the_r approval. <br />The Mayor called three times for objectors and there were none. <br />The hearing was closed. <br />Motion by Johnson to conditionally approve the rezoning for <br />Mr. Herbst from R 1 -A to B -3. The parcel rezoned is: <br />All that part of the South 958.59' of the <br />SLR of the SE% of Sec. 8, T. 30, R. 23 <br />lying SWLY of STH except the East 332.89' <br />of the South 715.1° thereof. <br />Seconded by Malvin 5 ayes. <br />A letter from Mr. R. Gustafson was read regarding the Voyle <br />Leak property at 7886 Woodlawn Drive. The building is :oing to be <br />torn down. The $115.00 will be refunded. <br />Motion by Rustad to set a public hearing for Mr. Merwin T. <br />Barth for 9:00 p.m, on June 27, 1966. Seconded by Johnson. <br />5 ayes <br />
