Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting <br />of the Mounds View Village Council was called to order by <br />Mayor Rustad at 6 :40 pans on July 5, 1966 at the Village <br />Hall, 2401 Highway #10. <br />officials Present: <br />Mayor Ingram C. Rustad <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Motion by Rustad to approve the following Off Sale <br />Liquor Licenses: <br />B R Liquor 2345 County Road H -2 <br />Simon's Liquor 2000 Highway #10 <br />Seconded by Johnson. <br />5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer presented a resolution regarding Municipal <br />State Aid Projects and the basis for financing. Motion by <br />Rustad to adopt Resolution #246. Seconded by Lang. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer presented and read a report regarding the- <br />street improvement project on Knoll Drive. After discussing <br />the area with the residents it was determined to have the <br />area re- surveyed add the streets located from the center of <br />the right of way. <br />Motion by Johnson to adjourn.
