Blanchard <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special <br />Meeting of the Mounds View Village Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Rusted at 7 :10 p.m. on July 18, 1966 at <br />the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10. <br />Absent: <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Inspector Walter Skiba <br />The Lois Knoll Hillview road problem was discussed <br />at length after a report from the Engineer. The original <br />plot has an apparent error of 1 degree thereby making <br />it impossible to locate the road properly. <br />Motion by Rustad to accept the Engineer's premise <br />that there is a 1 degree error on the original plot at <br />the intersection of Lois and Knoll and to instruct the <br />Engineer to make the necessary correction at that point <br />and to proceed with then laying out of the centerline of <br />those roads in question. Seconded by Blanchard. 4 Ayes. <br />The Mayor opened the public hearing on the Brighton <br />Lane curb and gutter proposal. <br />The Engineer stated that the cost would be approxi- <br />mately $275 per front foot. <br />The Council agreed that a corner radius would be <br />placed at all four corners and that the cost of said <br />radius would be assessed against the entire project. <br />The Mayor called three times for objectors and there <br />were none. <br />The hearing was closed at 8:20 p.m. <br />Motion by Rustad to order the improvement. Seconded <br />by Malvin. 4 Ayes. <br />
