Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a Special Meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Rustad at <br />6:30 P.M. on August 1, 1966 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway <br />#10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Mayor <br />Clerk <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Trustee <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Public Works Walter Skiba <br />Petitions were received for curb and gutter improvement <br />on Eastwood Road from County Road H to Woodcrest abd for <br />Greenwood Drive from Woodale to Woodcrest. <br />Motion by Blanchard to set a public hearing for <br />petitioned improvements on Greenwood Drive and Eastwood Road. <br />Hearing will be held on August 15, 1966 at 7 :00 P.M. <br />Seconded by Johnson. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Johnson to set special assessment hearing <br />for Lot 28, Knollwood Park, Messiah Lutheran Church property, <br />to re- institute the special assessment levied for $485.65 <br />for water improvement. Said assessment was oaid in error <br />by a lending institution. Hearing to be hela on August 15, <br />1966 at 6:45 P.M. Seconded by Lang. 5 Ayes. <br />The Engineer presented a resolution regarding re- <br />designation of State Aid Streets. <br />Motion by Johnson to adopt Resolution #252 evoking <br />State Aid Streets.
