Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting <br />of the Village Council was called to order by Mayor Rustad <br />on August 15, 1966 at 6:45 P.M. at the Village Hall, 2401 <br />Highway #10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Mayor InO•am Rustad <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Motion by Blanchard to appoint the following election <br />judges for the primary election to be held September 13, <br />1966: <br />PRECINCT #1 <br />Amy Hodges 5085 Eastwood Road 784 -6284 Dem. <br />Ilia Mc Cue 7310 Fairchild Ave. 784 -4938 Rep. <br />Mrs. M. Wendorf 5685 Longview Dr. 784 -6332 <br />PRECINCT #2 <br />Florence Peterson 2277 Knoll Dr. 784 -3137 Dem. <br />Ruth Sinderson 8046 Fairchild Ave. 784 -2433 Dem. <br />Ardis Fulwider 8347 Eastwood Rd. 7841190 Rep. <br />PRECINCT #3 <br />Ada Sopkowiak 2195 Pinewood Dr. 784 -4400 N. P. <br />Lydia Groth 2274 Pinewood Dr. 784 -7427 Dem. <br />Maxine Benesch 2245 Pinewood Dr. 786 -1817 Dem. <br />Seconded by Rustad. 5 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rusted to set public hearing for Spring View <br />Lane from Knollwood Drive west to Lot 78. Hearing to be held <br />September 6, 1966 at 7:00 P.M. Seconded by Johnson. <br />5 Ayes. <br />At 7:00 P.M. the Mayor opened the public hearing on <br />curb and gutter improvement for Eastwood and Greenwood. <br />The Clerk read the legal and attested to the mailing <br />and publishing of same. <br />The Mayor called for objectors and they are as follows: <br />Bill Johnson 5065 Eastwood Drive Does not want <br />Jerry Ferrick 5092 Eastwuod Drive Does not want <br />The Mayor called three times for objectors and there <br />were none. The hearing was closed. <br />
