Notify the State Health Department <br />2. Building Inspector to inspect park and issue warrants <br />on each violation. <br />3. Special use permit worked out. <br />4. Close Village utilities. <br />5. Order all units off the premises that are not hooked <br />up to Village facilities. <br />The Mayor read a letter inviting the Council to the Eagle <br />Ceremony for Greg Grolberg of Scout Troop 167 to be held <br />September 27, 1966. <br />Motion by Blanchard to set assessment hearing for project <br />M.A. 47 supplemental for October 5, 1966 at 7:00 P.M. <br />Seconded by Lang. 3 Ayes. <br />Motion by Rusted to authorize the Attorney to proceed with <br />condemnation proceedings on the Ole Bacon property located at <br />the intersection of County Road I and Highway 10 for drainage <br />right -of -way.
