Mr. Rustad reported that the N.S.S.S.D. main on Hillview and <br />under Highway #8 has been completed and that Shoreview would be <br />hooking up sometime in September. <br />Mr. Malvin read the Police report and the B &E Patrol report <br />for August. Seconded by Johnson. 5 Ayes <br />The matter of the Spring View Lane public hearing for water <br />improvement was discussed. Motion by Rustad to order the improve- <br />ment and to direct the Engineer to prepare final plans and specs. <br />(Improvement ordered covers only the 327 feet west from Knollwood. <br />That portion going north 164 feet was dropped at the ublic hering <br />and was given no further consideration by the council). by Johnson. 5 Ayes <br />Motion by Johnson to allow Comstock and Davis to do lot survey <br />for Mr. Hutchins. Seconded by Malvin. 5 Ayes <br />Mr. Meyers presented the notice for the assessment hearing for <br />September 28 28 (MA 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57, 58, 59 <br />The matter of a garnishment recieved by the Village was <br />turned over to the Clerk's Office to notify the Attorney for the <br />garnishment that the contractor involved was not working for <br />Mounds View, but for the N.S.S.S.D. <br />Mr. Meyers presented a letter embodying the action of the Council <br />at the Special Meeting September 6, 1966, regarding the mobile <br />home park at H2 and Highway #8.
