Proceedings of the Village Council Village of Mounds View Ramsey County, Minnesota Persuant to due call and notice there •f a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Mounds View was called to order at the Village Hall on Thursday, September 29, 1966 at 7:00 P.M. with the following members present Rustad, Blanchard, Johnson, and Lang and the following members absent Malvin. The clerk presented affidavits of publication of the notice of hearing and attested to mailing of same. The Village Attorney explained the assessment pro- cedure according tc the Minnesota State Law. The Engineer explained the affected area by project number and explained the boundaries. WATER PROJECT 1965 -1 Water frontage $6.05 per foot NSSSD'Service $174.00 per service Regular Service $80.04 per service The mayor called three times for objections and they are as follows: Mr. Case School District 621 -they were pre- viously assessed, questioned amount of benefit. Mr. Ellsworth Fankhanel Ellsworth questioned benefit. There were no further objectors.
