Proceedings of the Village Council <br />Village of Mounds View <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />The regular meeting of the Mounds View Village <br />Council was called to order by Mayor Rustad at 8:00 p.m. <br />on December 12,1966 at the Village Hall, 2401 Highway #10. <br />Officials Present: <br />Mayor Ingram Rustad <br />Clerk Lloyd J. Blanchard <br />Trustee Perry Malvin <br />Trustee Gary Lang <br />Trustee Richard Johnson <br />Also Present: <br />Engineer Shelly Boehm <br />Pub. W. Supt. Walter Skiba <br />Attorney Richard Meyers <br />Motion by Lang to approve Minutes of 12 -5 -66 as presented <br />Seconded by Rustad 5 Ayes. <br />Mayor Rustad reported that the N. S.S.S.D. has let <br />'he contract for the Lexington Circle Pines extension of the mains. <br />The clerks office was instructed to contact the <br />Apache Plaza Clinic for a possibe candidate for village health <br />officer. <br />Mr. Malvin gave the B E Patrol report and the Police <br />report for November. (on file) <br />Motion Malvin to concur with Police Cheifs recomendation <br />send work order to N. S. P. for installation of one 6000 lumen <br />street light at Co. Rd. H and Edgewood Dr. Seconded by Johnson <br />5 Ayes. <br />Mr. Johnson reported that Skating rinks should be open <br />by this weekend and that a schedule of open hours would be posted <br />and published. <br />Motion by Johnson to hire the following people as <br />warming house attendants for the 1966 -1967 season. <br />HILLVIEW PARK <br />1.
